Whitney Butcher

Whitney joins the firm with more than a decade of experience litigating complex civil cases across North Carolina. She previously served as a partner at a multi-state law firm and has held numerous national leadership positions in consolidated and multi-district proceedings in federal courts across the country. She brings her client-centered approach and breadth of litigation experience to represent McKnight Law’s clients in a full range of family law matters in Wake County.

Whitney was born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky and is a 2005 graduate of Elon University, magna cum laude, and a 2009 graduate of Elon University School of Law. She is a frequent presenter at national legal conferences and is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
